To mark its 25th anniversary, Miele wanted an activity that brought more than 100 colleagues together around its company value "Immer Besser" (Forever Better).
Execution Strategy
Colleagues co-created an oil painting with glow-in-the-dark paint, and the finished artwork became the unveiling ceremony of the anniversary dinner, linking the two events into one story.
To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Miele held a team-building activity for more than 100 people. Themed around the company value of "going beyond", colleagues created an oil painting together using glow-in-the-dark paint, which then became the unveiling ceremony of the anniversary dinner!
It gave colleagues more chances to communicate and build a harmonious working atmosphere, while enjoying half a day of fun away from their busy schedules.
